Gabriela is a transactional associate attorney at Balocca Law and graduate of the University of California, Irvine, School of Law, where she focused on business law and company organization. She received her bachelor's degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
At Balocca Law, Gabriela focuses her practice on business continuity and succession planning assisting business owners with identifying potential successors and implementing a plan for the transition of leadership and ownership.
Prior to joining Balocca Law Gabriela was a California State Senate Assistant and Law Clerk for the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office.
