Melissa Fish, Esq.
Corporate/M&A Attorney
Melissa Fish is the managing attorney at Fish Legal Counsel, focusing on corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, and commercial transactions.
She began her career as a corporate associate at K&L Gates in Century City, where she worked on complex public and private company matters before launching her own boutique practice.
Melissa now advises emerging and middle-market businesses as both outside legal counsel and dedicated M&A deal counsel, supporting transactions ranging from $1M to $20M+. She helps companies structure deals, mitigate risk, and navigate the day-to-day legal issues that arise throughout growth.
Before entering private practice, Melissa served as an Honors Intern with the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission and as a federal judicial extern for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
